JOB TITLE: Compensation Manager
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks:
In conjunction with the Global Head of Compensation and the Global Head of Operation and reporting, manage the annual firm wide compensation process.
Manage Newedge’s input into the McLagan Survey.
Maintain Record of competitor compensation practices, takin a pro-active approach to obtaining information.
Provide advice on compensation issues to Business Partners.
Responsibilities:
Manage the deferral process for Front and Back Office bonus and commission payments.
Manage Newedge’s input into the McLagan survey.
Maintain record of Newedge Compensation arrangements.
SUPERVISION DUTIES:
The role will supervise a Compensation Benefits Analyst.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Skills:
Understanding of compensation process in Newedge
Ability to work with colleagues both in HR and BL, to understand their compensation issues and provide proactive and tailored solutions.
Ability to use Excel to a high level.
Experience:
Proven experience of working in Compensation within Financial Services.
