Our client is a cross Region provider of healthcare services and part of a larger group providing similar services on a global level. The firm has been operating in the region for over 100 years and is recognized as a market leader.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in compensation and payroll as well as be able to combine these experience with that of an HR operations specialist. A major part of the role will focus on reviewing the current policies and procedures and then developing and implementing relevant improvements through strong Project Management processes.
To be considered for this position the successful individual will have:
At least eight years HR experience within HR, four of which at a management level. It is also important that candidates are familiar with taxation issues and have had exposure to HRIS Systems with a view to enhancing current processes. Candidates must also have strong leadership skills and have a good command of both written and spoken English as well as Chinese
