Compensation & Benefits Manager, SEA recruitment

Our client is a prominent player in the professional services sector with business footprints worldwide.

As the Compensation and Benefits (CB) function lead for South East Asia, you will be a key point of contact for CB matters in the region and be responsible for driving and ensuring competitiveness of the organisation's CB strategies. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will develop initiatives that are tailored to the business objectives with deep understanding of the impacts, issues and requirements for all compensation programmes. Other key functions of this role will include international assignment management, HRIS and CB systems.

To be considered, you will be degree qualified with over 8 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits function. You will possess solid working knowledge of CB program design, implementation and evaluation preferably with regional experience. Familiarity with SAP is highly advantageous. You will have the ability to work independently and strategically and capable of managing large concurrent projects.
