Compensations / Benefits Associate recruitment

My client is a global finance house who are looking to recruit within their compensation / benefits / reward team. This ideal for someone who has worked in a bank on strategy / projects for these areas.

This role responsibilties will include performance measurement, looking at reward design/levels and market opportunity. The successful candidate will contribute to strategy, relationship management and business development within this house.

Responsibilities / Requirments Include:
- Play a lead role in development of strategy and projects
- HR/Compensation background, consulting also welcome
- 3-5 years in Strategy / Project Development
- Excellent communciation skills to go alongside consulting experience
- Business development skills
- Fluent Mandarin
