Job Description
- Be principal point of contact with the French regulators as the firms 'RCSI';
- Ensuring the firm meets its statutory and regulatory obligations and group requirements in rspect of Compliance and Money Laundering prevention;
- Providing complaince/regualtory input into the global monitoring plan;
- Regularly assess the adequacy and effectiveness of policies and procedures in place to monitor the business;
- Assist on an adhoc basis to any compliance queries ( internal and external);
- Assist in developing appropriate documentation, policies and procedures in place to monitor the business;
- Providing ongoing compliance advice and support to the business and management;
Skills Required
- Must be fluent in English and French;
- Relevant experience within the Financial Services industry;
- Minimum of 5 years experience;
- execellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact at all levels of business effectively;
- Previosuly registered as an 'RCSI' - is an advantage
