Senior Quant Analyst in Sustainability Investing recruitment

Your main tasks in this position are:

Being a self-motivated and creative analyst with a profound knowledge of financial markets and investment products, you possess a university degree in a numerical discipline such as mathematics, physics, engineering, econometrics or a related field that supports your strong quantitative skills. You are familiar with Matlab or R, SQL and possibly Oracle. With 3-5 years of working experience in the financial industry, you are excited to work for a global leader in sustainability investing and committed to exploring how non-financial factors influence enterprise success on the one hand and investment returns on the other hand. In this senior position, you will be responsible for the quantitative analyses performed at SAM and closely cooperate with our international team of analysts. Besides result-driven analytical research you are also skilled to translate findings into innovative product proposals and improved investment processes. You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, which enable you to work independently in an international surrounding and express your views internally and externally. You are capable of passing on your knowledge in a structured way. Quality awareness, an open mindset, strong social competence and respect for different opinions and cultures are part of your key strengths.

The following items are additional assets: Sustainability background, database architecture and management, .NET applications, basic German language skills.
