3pm - 10.30pm Monday - Friday
Starting on 28th July for up to 2 years.

Working for a leading financial organisation this is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven customer service experience. You will be working within the PPI complaints team and the post involves:

- Handling complaints
- Updating the system
- Resolving queries
- Problem solving

Successful candidates will be asked to complete an on-line Data Entry test and attend and interview and present their eligibility to work in the UK.
