Tour Accountant
This highly prestigious public practice specialises in musicians, film booking agents, record label staff and management companies. With offices in Los Angles and a very a successful year, they are keen to recruit for an experienced Tour Accountant to work with some of the biggest names in music.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Preparing sales invoices based on agreed contract with promoters and the band
- Dealing with suppliers and receiving and posting purchase invoices relating to the relevant tour
- Paying tour invoices including following up with agencies /promoters regarding outstanding fees
- Reconciling agency statements
- Liaising with management/artists to ensure all invoices are signed off and approved before posting / paying
- Dealing with currency exchange rates/variances
You will be AAT or ACCA qualified and must have experience of preparing tour accounts in a public practice.
