Complaint Resolution Analyst

The IFSC Panel are currently recruiting for a Complaint Resolution Analyst on behalf of a leading global health insurance company in Dublin.

The role will involve investigating complaints and appeals and ensuring they are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This will involve liaising with multiple business units within the organisation as well as external parties. The successful candidate will have to review and analyse insurance plan documents, company policies, internal processes and regulatory requirements in order to make decisions and recommendations with the view to resolving issues. The jobholder will also be responsible for reporting and trend analysis.

The ideal candidate must have:
- Third level degree
- Experience of health claims processing
- Experience of complaints resolution would be highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable understanding of regulatory issues regarding insurance
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously

The salary for this role is up to €30k per annum.
