A little about the Role:
 
Reporting to the Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that Nissan Financial Services Australia execute their responsibilities within IDR (Internal dispute resolution) EDR (External dispute resolution) and hardship processes under the National Consumer Credit Code. The position requires meeting both reporting and internal management obligations arising from the AML/CTF and other relevant legislations as well as first resolution of escalated complaints both internal in NFSA and from the ombudsman, customers or financial counsellors.

A little about you:

Bringing proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of the banking and finance industry, you will possess a minimum of 2 years Collections experience.  An Automotive Finance background would be highly regarded.
