Compliance – Advice Specialist recruitment

Role and Responsibilities:
* Maintain relationship with regulators and industry bodies on changing legislation
* Interpret regulatory obligations to be disseminated directly to the financial planners
* Monitor, investigate and escalate incidents
* Make recommendations to the business regarding future mitigation and avoidance of issues

Quals/Personal Attributes/Whats in it for the candidate:
* Degree qualified
* Background in financial planning from a compliance, assurance or consultancy environment
* Prior regulatory experience is essential
* Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous
