Compliance Analyst
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring information integrity between the different areas of the investment bank's daily operations. This will involve a high level of monitoring and controlling of the information flows.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Interacting with the Advisory, Investment, and Securities teams to ensure confidentiality between teams
- Research reviews to ensure compliance with legal and the regulatory environments
- Other detailed compliance related activities interacting with multiple stakeholders across the Australia business and with international stakeholders
The successful applicant will be:
- Minimum of 1 year working experience with undergraduate degree
- Possess a general understanding of the current regulatory environment and financial markets and/or securities regulation and rules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and willing to take on issues/responsibilities that require focus and determination
- Ability to work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
