Compliance Analyst -Insurance recruitment

Role and Responsibilities:
This role sits within the Insurance Risk Compliance team and will see you responsible for the Compliance Framework and all Compliance advice to the business.
Key responsibilities include;
* Creation, improvement, implementation and maintenance of the compliance framework
* Advising the business on compliance matters applicable from product creation through to distribution
* Reporting functions
* Updating policy with new regulatory or corporate guidelines
Qualifications:
In order to be successful in this role you must possess;
* Excellent regulatory knowledge applicable to General Insurance in Australia
* Prior experience in a compliance or risk role within Financial Services
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You must have a proactive and collaborative approach to Risk and Compliance and a willingness to drive its success within an organization
* The determination to see challenging projects through to completion
