Private Banking Sales Assistant recruitment

A client facing role providing dedicated support to more than one Relationship Manager as required. The successful candidate will be a main point of contact for all day to day general account maintenance requests across the range of products and services ensuring that quality service is provided at all times. They will delegate administrative queries to support teams as appropriate

 Attend client meetings, arrange documentation and observe/participate as appropriate writing up call reports as required. 

Ownership of KYC and account opening process and related client queries and develop knowledge of the documentation suite.

Resolution of all client queries and following through on all tasks without prompting from the Relationship Manager. 

Positive client feedback and evidence of consistently high level of service delivery.

Liaison between the client and Treasury team as part of the execution of FX and FX Option trades

 Retrieval and distribution of Banking Reports from internal system

Assisting with the preparation of Credit Applications and liaising with the Credit department on an ongoing basis

Obtain ad-hoc valuations of clients’ investment portfolios and, if required, prepare a consolidated position of their business with the Bank

Assist in the travel arrangements and preparation of RM’s business trips

Apply for/prepare replies to Bank reference enquiries for and/or on behalf of the bank’s clients
 

Dealing with clients’ correspondence and ensure execution of client payment instructions
 

Undertaking some marketing to existing and potential clients, involving necessary research i.e.internet / financial press and other sources
 

The role requires full CF30 registration plus at least 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role. Level 4 is ideally required but candidates with Level 3 CF30 will also be considered

Fluent Hebrew would be useful
