The candidate secure this role will be responsible for the following:
- Oversight and execution of the entire regulatory compliance program for Singapore identifying compliance issues and establishing standards with regulatory requirements.
- Conducting reviews and checks of the business to ensure compliance with internal compliance and regulatory matters.
- Conduct AML and KYC analysis for the on-boarding of new and existing clients.
- Perform all portfolio compliance review and dialogue with the business for Singapore.
- Review and sign-off of marketing materials for fully public, institutional and client specific RFP's.
