Compliance Consultant – Mortgage Specialist recruitment
Key accountabilities:
- Reviewing mortgage cases to identify regulatory failings.
- Liaise with external parties and regulators (e.g. FSA, FOS FSCS)
- Assisting colleagues and acting as a subject matter expert via clear explanation and clarification regarding both regulatory and legislative information throughout the organisation where necessary.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working with Mortgages in a Regulatory environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the FSA MCOB sourcebook.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with extensive experience of working across business functions.
- Organised, effective in time management and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Highly developed stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- A flexible and innovative self-motivator with the ability to work autonomously where necessary or as part of a team.
