Sales Support (PA to Director of Nationals & Networks) recruitment

Opportunity

Primarily responsible for assisting with all elements of Sales Support within the Partnerships team and with having specific responsibility as an Investment Sales Support/Administrator to the Director of Nationals and Networks. You will be working in a team environment that will ensure you meet your individual and team objectives. Experience of the Investment industry would be an advantage. You will be proactive in your approach to both your internal and external customers. You will be flexible within your working day to ensure your teams day to day tasks are achieved within the agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities
- Scheduling meetings with internal and external clients.
- Assisting in the organisation of corporate functions / seminars / internal functions and producing all pre-meeting data.
- Maintenance of electronic management and contact system.
- Assistance in the preparation of presentations for external and internal clients - printing and binding.
- Diary organisation and maintenance. Responsible for account manager's travel.
- Interaction with other departments within MG including Marketing and Operations
- Act as point of contact for clients in regards to fund queries.
- Prepare and send detailed fund information to clients following phone and email queries.
- Provide post-meeting support through generation of follow-up emails, liaising with other departments or members of the sales team to provide specific information if required.
- Assist in generating text for regular and ad hoc client mailings, where these have a sales focused aspect.
- Produce invite text for group meetings, forums and events.
- Prepare detailed client information for fund manager meetings (e.g. pen profiles for group events).
- Ensure that operational queries (dealing, terms, errors) are handled effectively and within appropriate timeframes by liaising with the relevant departments.
- Assist in the completion of detailed fund questionnaires.
- Complete various Monthly Data spreadsheets and send out to clients in a timely fashion.
- Complete monthly expenses for the Director of Nationals and Networks.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Update Sales figures on a daily basis.
- Organise meetings with fund managers via the fund manager process. Take ownership of these events and produce literature, organise travel and arrange detailed itineraries where appropriate.
- Responsible for the completion of Special Deal forms
- Organisation of emails and messages for account managers
- Ad hoc marketing tasks where appropriate
- Ad hoc office tasks where appropriate
