Compliance Contractor – Immediately Available recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Working for a General Insurance firm you will be designing and rebuilding a Compliance structure from the ground up.
- Creating a compliance framework to ensure the compliance of the organisation to FSA regulations.
- Looking at establishing robust policies and procedures to provide effective regulatory control of sales staff.
- Conducting pre/post ARROW visit remediation.
- Business Process re-design.
To be successful in this position you will come from a contract/consultancy background with experience of general insurance products ideally gained from a General Insurance Compliance position. You will have experience of creating Compliance frameworks and a strong regulatory and policy background. You will need a strong understanding of FSA regulations and have excellent communication skills at all levels.
