Compliance Director recruitment
Our Client, atop tier International Insurance organisation is seeking a Compliance Director to join it's regulatory risk and compliance team based in New York.
Responsibilities of the roles will include:
- Develop, document and maintain a compliance program for the business units where required.
- Consult Business Unit Chief Compliance Officer on Corporate policies, procedures and guidelines that are refined to address business and local needs.
- Develop, document and implement an annual compliance training program.
- Escalate compliance issues and potential violations of compliance policies and procedures, laws, regulations and standards of good business to relevant Chief Compliance Officer.
- Oversee the RCSA compliance-related risk assessment process for various lines of business.
Preferred Experience:

Minimum Batcherlors degree in finance or law

PC Insurance Experience (or life insurance experience)

Experience in developing and running a Compliance Program in a Global environment

Subject matter expertise in one or all of the following: AML, Anti Trust, Economic Sanctions, Anti Bribery

Must be a seasoned professional who can interface with C level executives and provides good judgement
