As key part of the management team, you will be reporting directly to the Director and be responsible for the establishment and expansion of the team. You will also be instrumental in rolling out procedures and policies to ensure business excellence and compliance with regulators i.e. HKMA, SFC.
To be successful, you will be a solid compliance professional with sound knowledge on wholesale banking products and familiar with AML standards. You will have minimum of 5 years experience in the compliance field with a sizeable bank and preferably spent the last 3 years in a managerial position. Chinese speaking skills especially Mandarin will be a big plus.
