Compliance Manager – Financial Promotions recruitment
My client - a large and well known asset manager is looking for a Financial Promotions specialist to join their compliance function.
Experience in this field is essential.
The role responsibilities are:
Review and approve retail advertising, marketing and electronic marketing material for use on the UK, in line with FSA rules, regulations and guidance on financial promotions.
Review and approve some parts of prospectuses, key investor information documents, fact sheets etc.
Provide some training in relation to financial promotions and marketing.
Maintain UK policies and procedures in respect of financial promotion.
Review and approve compliance related RFP content in line with the firm's procedures.
Treating Customers Fairly - review and provide advice on relevant management information.
Provide assistance to the monitoring function of marketing activities.
In order to be considered for this opportunity you must have strong UK regulated financial promotions compliance experience ideally in a retail investment funds context.
Strong technical skills and knowledge in the financial promotions area.
High attention to detail and good at working to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
