Compliance Manager – Financial Services – Sydney CBD recruitment

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a leading global financial institution in Sydney CBD.

Key focuses of the role include, but are not limited to:

*Enhancement of the Group Compliance Plan, policies, and procedures.
*Compliance training and promoting a risk aware culture across the organisation.
*AML monitoring, reporting and testing
*People management and mentoring of a small team
*Relationship management with business heads and regulators.
* Sign off of various PDS's / FSG's / Advertising or Marketing material / policies and procedures etc.

Ideally, you will have:

*5 - 10 years Compliance related experience within financial services.
*Local market regulatory and legislative knowledge
*Strong communication and management skills
*Knowledge of AML, AFS Licence, Consumer Credit, Privacy Act, Corps Act etc.
