Compliance manager recruitment
This opportunity offers great exposure to the key areas of the business and will require candidates to have solid advisory and regulatory compliance knowledge.
The candidate that secures this role will be responsible for the following:
- Working with different business units within the bank to provide regulatory compliance advice.
- Liase with senior stakeholders within the firm to update them of changes in MAS guidelines and ensure internal compliance with these regulations.
- Undertake review of transactions and conduct periodic assessment checks on departments. Help to resolve gaps in compliance understanding.
- Conducting training and preparing materials for sales teams to ensure their up to date knowledge on compliance policies.
Recommended qualifications
- At least 4 years of compliance experience
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team and has to possess good communication skills.
