Compliance Manager [Ref:Compliance Manager – SEGL/CPL] recruitment
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing advice to business and resource functions on regulations and compliance policies
- Drafting and reviewing the compliance policies
- Conducting periodic desk reviews of the firm’s activities, through interviews and test checks and preparing reports of findings
- Leading projects on different compliance aspects upon regulatory changes
- Providing training on general or specific compliance topics, as required
- Coordination with local compliance officers in the region
- Reviewing marketing materials as required
- Updating business and other relevant parties on the new and hot compliance topics
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in the financial service industry in compliance sector
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in equity and fixed income sales and trading
- Native-level fluency in English language, both orally and in writing
- Strong analytical skills, thoughtful and good instincts
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills with business
