Compliance Marketing Specialist Needed at Private Bank recruitment
The department requires a new Compliance Manager with expertise in Marketing and Distribution. This is an excellent position for a compliance professional that enjoys focusing on the sales practices and product marketing of a firm.
- As Manager, you will have overall remit of ensuring all client pitches and financial promotions are in accordance with the SLA.
- You will provide guidance and support to front office on financial promotion compliance advice and training for investments, trusts and banking
- You will have oversight for all regulatory and compliance matters in regards to financial promotions
- You will provide guidance to the global marketing teams on compliance requirements such as brochures and brand advertising
To ensure an interview, you will have the following skills:
- Extensive experience working with the regulatory requirements that impact financial promotions (UK legislation and FSA rules)
- Significant experience working in wealth management (Private bank, IFA, Stockbroker)
- Knowledge of sales practises and product marketing in private banking
- Proven ability to manage and motivate staff on a global basis, in terms of direct and non-direct reports
- Senior stakeholder management abilities
- Degree level education with industry qualifications
