Compliance Monitoring – Insurance recruitment
This highly successful and well known Lloyd's Syndicate are seeking a Compliance Monitoring Executive to join their growing Compliance team.
You will be responsible for undertaking regular compliance monitoring across various lines business. You will be responsible for all aspects of the monitoring process, which will include; pre-visit planning, collation and analysis of MI and monitoring samples, as well as the provision of written and verbal reports to the relevant business areas. You will also work directly with the business in improving any identified weaknesses and monitor actions, escalating where necessary. Within your monitoring duties you will ensure the relevant business units are aware of applicable compliance and regulatory requirements.
The right person for this role will have previous Compliance Monitoring experience gained from an Insurance environment. Previous experience gained within a London Market environment would be highly beneficial. This is a brand new role working within a small team and will offer a great opportunity to grow and develop into a well established member of a high profile compliance team within a growing organisation.

This role is paying up to GBP50,000 + benefits + bonus.
