Compliance Monitoring Manager – Insurance recruitment
This top Global Insurance Broker are seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their expanding Monitoring department.
This role will sit within a high profile team who report directly to committee level. Working closely with other Governance functions you will be involved in delivering the planning and delivering the Compliance Monitoring plan. You will undertake various company reviews of a standard and complex nature and provide a review and recommendations to the business on any weakness identified.
The right person for this role will have previous monitoring experience gained within a regulated environment. Insurance Broking experience is preferable. You will need to have a commercial awareness in order to deliver realistic and business focused recommendations. A broad knowledge of FSA requirements is also required.
This role is offering a competitive salary of up to GBP70,000 + a car allowance and benefits.
