Compliance Monitoring & Surveillance – Commodities recruitment
A leading integrated energy giant require an additional compliance officer to primarily monitor trading activity due to increased activity. This is an internationally respected brand that is renowned for providing effective training and maintaining a strong compliance culture.
Monitoring and surveillance is the principal function of this role, however this is an opportunity to gain am insight into the workings of many facets of the business and enthusiastic individuals will be sure to be rewarded with other responsibilities that seem fit.
As part of the global monitoring team your duties will include but not be limited to –
- Management of compliance monitoring activities in trading locations across the globe, ensuring that the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities and rules of exchanges are met.
- Maintaining a continual trade floor presence to monitor trading activity against commercial policies and market abuse.
- Producing trading reports and management information on any potential concerns.
The successful applicant must be a bright and enthusiastic individual with knowledge of commodity markets, relevant regulatory directives and ideally possess experience of trade surveillance.
