COMPLIANCE OFFICER recruitment
Responsibilities:
- confirm all regulatory requirements related to FX business
- deal with the SFC investigation
- handle and investigate complaints from clients
- manage cases of arbitration
- prepare and provide adequate and updated training program to all licensed staff
- report Money laundering related transactions to JFIU
- review and update existing policies and procedures on ongoing basis
- other compliance related matters
Requirements:
- more than four years' compliance experience with a regulated financial services company will be preferred (experience related to RA3 (leveraged foreign exchange trading) is must)
- familiarity with relevant regulations relating to the SFC (especially FRR monitoring and reporting obligations to the SFC)
- bachelor degree holder or above
- English / Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) - native level
- PC skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- team player with excellent interpersonal skills
