Compliance officer recruitment
My client is currently looking for a compliance officer who is responsible for ensuring regulatory requirements for a regional basis.
The candidate will be responsible for the following
- Monitor regulatory requirements and notices and maintain the compliance database
- Participate in global and regional compliance discussions
- Refine internal compliance regulations and processes.
- Maintain oversight of corporate secretarial work and ensure up to date governance information in the financial management systems
The candidate will have the following qualifications
- Must be a certified company secretary in India
- Have 2- 5 years of corporate secretarial experience.
- Be detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
