Compliance Services Manager, Hitchin

Is an established consultancy firm which was incorporated in 2003 and has grown over the past 10 years to become a significant player in the compliance market place with offices in Hitchin, (London), the North East andWest Midlands. It provides comprehensive regulatory compliance services to the investment, Asset Management, Insurance and Payment Services markets.
THE ROLE
The firm is looking to recruit a Compliance Services Manager in the retail market, based in the Hitchin office reporting to the Directors. The role requires an experienced compliance professional, preferably with RDR qualifications to provide compliance administrative services, manage client liaison and back office services.
Responsibilities:
Provide and coordinate daily compliance support for a range of IFA clients
* Work as part of the team which develops and enhances the companies IFA focussed services
* Manage a small team of support staff, expected to grow with the client base
You
* Good working knowledge and understanding of traditional IFAs
* Strong compliance experience, and working knowledge of relevant FSA rules
* Ideally RDR qualified or prepared to work towards RDR qualifications
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and professional approach and demeanour
* Well organised and able to manage a planned work and service delivery programme for themselves and a small team
* Excellent IT skills
