Senior Technical Analyst, Active Directory
Leading Financial Services Client now requires an experienced Senior Technical Analyst with extensive Active Directory knowledge to join their team.
The ideal Active Directory Technical Analyst will have experience of delivering high quality Active Directory Services infrastructure in complex, high availability environments.
The Active Directory Technical Analyst will:
- Provide 3rd level technical resource to deliver and run complex enterprise Active Directory environments
- Provide 24*7 guaranteed Active Directory infrastructure support including participating on a 24x7 on call rota
- Provide timely and accurate resolution of incidents and problem records that affects the supported services
Provide Directory Services input into complex multi-platform recovery scenarios.
Derive and implement processes to improve service availability for Active Directory and related services
- Working with customers to ensure that all changes are delivered in line with Operational Principles
- Work with the technology change programmes to facilitate delivery of change in support of business objectives.
- Maintaining software currency, e.g. Microsoft Hot Fixes, Service Pack levels
The Active Directory Technical Analyst will have the following skills;
Proven success in delivery of high quality, cost effective Directory Services infrastructure services in a complex, high availability environment
2+ Years operational experience of large enterprise Active Directory environments
3+ Years experience of Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems
3+ Years operational experience in a Distributed environment
Proven ability to plan and execute workload in a pressurised, dynamic environment.
Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008 R2
Active Directory
Oracle Directory Server 5.2 and 6.3
