Compliance Team Leader needed at Wholesale Bank recruitment
Your role would involve:
- Develop and execute compliance reviews on the effectiveness of compliance controls in the business and the fairness of customer outcomes.
- Carry out regulatory risk assessments, gap analyses and challenges of business monitoring plans
- Provide appropriate MI and support the business in developing appropriate action plans to address the causes of unfair customer outcomes
- Project manage and take team lead and key adviser to the business in escalating identified risk throughout the review and ensure effective team work
Key skills required:
- Strong knowledge and experience performing compliance monitoring reviews within financial services such as desk-based, thematic or risk assessments
- Up to date regulatory awareness in light of such directives including MiFID, Market Abuse directive, COBS and TCF
- Understanding of emerging regulation and compliance issues and their impact
- Management skills and stakeholder management
Package details: £60 - £70k + flex benefits + bonus
