We have an immediate need fora part-time Computer Systems Analyst at our Ft. Belvoir, VA location. The Analyst's essential job responsibiltiies include:
- Serve as a computer services analyst providing analysis and design skills in hospital operation and record keeping that includes advanced utilization of excel, access, share point and other data systems.
- Supports the Office of the Chief, Directorate of Medical Administration and Operations with the strategic and daily technical and administrative tasks in the DMAO office.
- Communicates with internal and external customers and visitors to the office.
- Perform basic data analysis and design to meet department needs.
- Route calls and visitors based upon knowledge of programs and operations.
- Establish and maintain databases based upon director’s guidance to provide necessary dash boards for hospital operations and management.
- Prepare statistical and narrative reports, correspondence, and documents in final form from drafts, notes, and oral instructions using terminal and a variety of automation software for review and signature by the Chief.
- Maintain suspense systems and completes all assigned suspense actions and tasks.
- Collaborate with the accountability of all property within the Directorate of Medical Administration and Operations.
- Supports the Office of the Chief, Directorate of Medical Administration and Operations with the daily technical and strategic tasks in the DMAO office.
- Structure and maintain databases as directed.
- Analysis and reports of data as required.
- Suspense systems within guidelines and suspense dates maintained daily.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to effectively interact with all levels of employees including military personnel.
Required Experience:
- Expert knowledge of Excel, Access, Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of office administration procedures and regulations.
- Knowledge of modern army records keeping systems.
- High School graduate or equivalent, required.
