Conduct Risk Specialist recruitment
Our client, a leading consultancy, is looking for a conduct risk specialist to join their growing team in Scotland. This is a permanent opportunity and will be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The complex regulatory risk management environment has led to an increased demand for our clients services across the board. Based in Scotland, the successful candidate will be an experienced regulatory compliance/ risk management professional, with well-developed consulting skills. A key focus to the role will be the ability to deliver both small and large complex projects to a high quality. Candidates will have developed their skills through a broad range of roles across areas such as regulatory compliance policy development, regulatory compliance, compliance oversight, conduct risk, regulatory liaison.
Skills and Experience required…
-Ideally consulting experience within in a regulatory team
-Graduate with degree qualification in in relevant risk/business discipline
-Significant regulatory compliance experience in financial services sector
-Proven track record in managing complex compliance/ regulatory projects
-Core knowledge of TCF
-Strong understanding of CCP
-Evidence of the successful management of senior stakeholders.
-Detailed understanding of regulatory risk frameworks, operating models and the regulatory change area
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
