A multinational technology and consulting firm is looking for an experienced Configuration Management Specialist. In this position you will be expected to provide technical support for a number of configuration management tools for the midrange, Intel and desktop environments. Overview of the role;
- Provide guidance to the toolset implementers.
- Develop, deploy and implement TADDM CCMDB products.
- Perform design tasks of system management solutions as required.
- Perform software upgrades and installations for TADDM CCMDB products.
- Provide capacity planning information to the teams.
Requirements for this role;
- Should have a background working with TADDM CCMDB.
- Should have strong automation scripting experience.
- Experience with scripting languages (Perl, Shell etc).
- Good understanding of Network protocols.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
