The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading global manufacturing company who has their headquarters based in Luxembourg. This company is a very well established industrial institution with worldwide activities.
This role will allow you to develop your experience in consolidation, in management of the implementation of a new ERP and in the harmonization of the Accounting Group procedures.

The Responsibilities

The main responsibility is the full preparation of consolidated financial accounts according to Lux GAAP for the Headquarter in Luxembourg which includes several entities located worldwide. In addition you will:

•Review and analyze inter-company account reconciliations
•Prepare and submit audit work-papers to external auditors
•Prepare the accounts for the mergers and acquisitions of the Group
•Liaise with the accounting department

The Competencies

•University degree in Accounting/Finance
•Experienced in a consolidation position within the commercial/ industrial sector
•Strong knowledge of an ERP ideally SAP (FI-CO)
•Excellent knowledge of Lux GAAP and Consolidation rules
•Fluent in English
•Highly organized and very motivated
•You are able to take initiatives, you are a real problem solver and you have a high team spirit
