Job Description

Provide administrative support to construction/remodel projects as assigned. Construction Administration includes tracking contractors schedules and reporting progress to management, organizing and filing documents (blueprints), tracking budgets and fielding any questions that may arise during the construction phase.

Required Experience

Accomplished (at least 2 years of experience) in a construction office. Must be self-motivated with highly developed verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills. Well organized and has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Word, Excel, and Project. Previous work experience with contractors preferred.
