Need:
Parsons is in need of a Construction Engineering and Inspection Project Administrator who will be involved with the following duties which include:

• Construction contract administration, construction engineering, and supervising inspection team. Responsible for all CEI administrative duties including coordination of project issues and challenges, scope changes, contractor payments, and project scheduling.

Requirements:
• Candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree plus two (2) years of engineering experience in construction of major road or bridge structures, or for non-degreed personnel eight (8) years of responsible and related engineering experience, two (2) years of which involved construction of major road or bridge structure.
• Familiarity with FDOT policies and procedures is highly preferred. Ideal candidate should possess FDOT Advance MOT, CTQP Final Estimates Levels I and II, CTQP QC Manager. Other FDOT certifications and training a plus.
Candidate will receive general instructions regarding assignments and is expected to exercise independent judgment for project issues in accordance with FDOT policies and procedures. Directs and assigns specific tasks to inspectors and assists in all phases of the construction project. Will be responsible for the progress and final estimates throughout the construction project.
