-          Sole estimator at growing company with excellent potential

-          Project experience must be in the commercial / private sector, including hospitality, commercial office, retail, residential ground up and conversions, etc..

-          Ability to organize and develop an estimating division from scratch

-          Salary up to 90k

CHIEF ESTIMATOR (MANHATTAN)

-          Sole estimator for a small / midsized GC focused on museums, historical societies, performing arts centers, libraries and residential developments

-          Minimum 15 years experience.

-          Ability to work as a sole estimator focused on over 20 million dollars a year in projects.

-          Salary up to 140k

GENERAL MANAGER (BROOKLYN)

-          Seeking a GM for a very small (less than $5 mill / year) GC focused on high end residential renovation / remodeling in the downtown Brooklyn area. 

-          Oversight of estimating, project management and field supervision

-          Hands on experience not just delegating but rolling up your sleeves and managing work.

-          Ability to communicate and listen to both the owner and the staff.

-          Experience running your own GC would be preferable.

-          Salary up to 135K

GENERAL MANAGER (NYC - NORTH)

-          Seeking a GM for Millwork shop focused on high end residential. 

-          Experience overseeing estimating, scheduling, etc..

-          Ability to manage a staff of over 20 including floor and installers

-          Successful and verifiable track record managing a profitable shop.

-          Experience owning your own shop may prove beneficial

-          Salary up to 110k

PROJECT MANAGER (DWN TWN BROOKLYN)

-          Owners Rep firm, small and growing

-          PM position requires extensive exposure to clients and architects, gcs and engineers, etc…

-          Projects in the 1-20 million range… Office, Retail, Residential, Hotel, etc….

-          Accepting candidates from the CM and Architecture side of the fence.

-          Confident, Presentable, and willing to learn.

-          Minimum 8 years experience

-          Salary up to 100k

SUPERINTENDENT (SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY)

-          GC located in northern NJ seeks Superintendent located in Southern NJ to supervise a 1.5 year plus project on a major school project near Atlantic County.

-          Experience on Ground Up and Renovation projects in NJ, including school work. K-12 and Higher Ed.

-          Minimum 10 years experience.

-          Salary up to 90k

SUPERINTENDENT (MANHATTAN)

-          GC focused on high end renovation projects throughout NYC including Museums, Libraries, Performing Arts Centers, etc… seeking experienced Superintendent.

-          Minimum 15 years experience in the above stated project types.

-          Degree preferred.

-          Salary up to 135k
