Our Client a leading Pensions Provider, currently requires an experienced Business Analyst/Consultant to join its team. The main focus of the Business Analysts / Consultants job will be to join a programme of work that will review the companies overall Final Salary Pension Scheme and provide alternative solutions.

The successful Business Analyst will be joining one of the most successful privately owned pension providers to review their current final salary scheme offering. They require an applicant who is an expert in Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution schemes and who also has a strong background in Pension/fund administration. The role is consultative and you will be required to develop new solutions and proposals as well as to establish how these would work operationally.

The successful Business Analyst will have:
- A solid background within Business Analysis/consultancy
- SME in Defined Benefit of Defined Contribution pension schemes
- A solid background in fund/pensions administration
- A solid background in business, technology and operational change
This will be a 6-month contract initially; however it is part of a longer programme so contract renewals are highly likely.
