Due to growth we are seeking talented individuals to join our People Organisation service line as Consultants and Senior Consultants. Working in a Performance Improvement team of over 100 professionals you will get the opportunity to work alongside Customer, Supply Chain, IT Advisory and PI Finance specialists.
About You
In your role you will:
As a PO advisor, you'll work with leading organisations to:
- measure and monitor staff performance
- define organisational structure, roles and responsibilities and develop talent management and succession plans.
- You'll help clients to achieve their organisation's potential through their people and create a stronger employer brand.
Qualifications:
We're looking for people with the following experience:
- Demonstrated mastery of key concepts and principles related to organization design and, manpower planning and optimization, performance management systems, rewards and recognition frameworks, people capability assessment and development and change management, work force planning. Proven ability to apply these consistently in engagement settings
- Change management strategy, change readiness assessment and communication planning
- Human resource transformation, HR diagnostic and audit, HR policies and processess design, driving employee engagement
- Workforce planning
