Consulting for Leading International Firm
Have you got experience working in a consulting capacity, or have experience within an accountancy and/or finance background?
My client is an international company based in Belfast, who is looking for people to join their people and organisational change consultancy team.
This role is offering an above market remuneration package as well as leading training package, in preparation for your exposure to high profile companies throughout the UK and Ireland.
The role will involve you working with management at all levels, implementing large scale change projects and ensuring that your clients are achieving operational excellence.
Desirable experience for this role is implementing operational improvements in key service or processes, however this is not essential as training will be provided.
You will be suited to working in a strong analytic environment and have strong written and communication skills as well as lean systems experience or trained in lean six sigma.
Experience with improving services or processes in the financial services industry, public sector is an advantage.
