A Top Tier Global Retail Bank is now recruiting for an Internal Audit Director within one of the most exciting and growing areas of the Financial Services sector – Financial Crime. Financial Crime is a highly specialist and sought-after team including Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Terrorist Financing. As part of this diverse and fast paced Internal Audit job you will be responsible for the following:
Acting as a technical expert on Audits providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to more junior team members
Leading and managing Internal Audit reviews across regulatory risk
Manage all aspects of the Audit from planning to engagement
Leading teams of Auditors
Managing relationships with key and senior stakeholders across the group
You will be a Qualified Professional (ACA, ACCA) with experience of managing audits within Financial Crime. You will have an understanding of the UK Financial Services Regulatory framework with particular focus on AML and Financial Sanctions. Experience of leading and managing teams is essential. You will be educated to degree level and possess excellent business partnering and communication skills.
