- Ability to coach and direct others
- Monitor and coach representatives to meet Quality Monitoring Standard
- First point of contact for questions on the floor from agents
- Look for ways to increase rep productivity and streamline processes
- Analyze system issues and report to IT/upper management
- Support agents in handling supervisor's calls
- Provide direction for holiday floor support
- Assist management as needed
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- College level business and or communication courses a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make decisions with limited direction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Self-motivated and organized
- Demonstrate strong facilitation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous inbound call experience (at least 2 years) preferred
- Must be capable of working extended hours to meet company peaks
- Holiday time off will be prohibited due to increased order volume
- Fast-paced, solutions oriented office environment
