A renowned household name is looking to recruit multiple Contact Centre Agents for their local branch in Liverpool. The business is experiencing a large increase in incoming calls hence the reason for numerous vacancies.
As a core member of the business you will be responsible for handling incoming call and processing applications, responding top customer enquiries via telephone, maintain all customer information and report as appropriate on relevant matters.
Successful candidate for this post MUST have previous contact centre experience and ideally have experience in taking payments over the phone and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
*Please note: Candidates will be subject to on-line testing in Call Handling, Data Entry, Finance and 'Complaining Customers'.
