Our client is one of the UK’s leading integrated energy company, supplying gas, electricity and related services to residential and business customers.

This is an organisation with over 70,000 employees supplying over 16 million customers. An organisation with stringent processes and procedures.

Due to growth of the organisation, our client is looking for a Back Office manager to support its busy telesales team. The role will be responsible for leading a team of 34 back office operational staff including sales processing, objection handling and compliance assurance. You will be able to demonstrate previous success in the leadership and development of a large team of process administrators and specialists within a highly regulated environment and delivery of operational outputs and targets on time and to budget. The ability to analyse and interpret sales support performance data to determine opportunities for improvement and drive through necessary changes. The role will be working closely working telesales manager.

Thats why we need someone with strong strategic and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and influence senior member of staff. Someone with strong commercial direction
