Customer Case Handler

Numerous contracts for a Complaints handling role for one of the largest financial institutions have become available.

The job requires candidates to have experience of working in a call centre role, outstanding customer service skills and the ability to handle a range of queries and transactions, preferably in a financial services environment. Fast learners who are excellent communicators and have a proven record in creating simple solutions to often-complex problems are likely to be successful applicants.

Some flexibility with hours may be required and previous financial experience, particularly in the Banking industry will be useful.
