Contact Centre Supervisor

My client, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking a Contact Centre Supervisor to join their Glasgow team on a temporary basis.

As part of the Wrap Operations, the primary role of Contact Centre team is to answer inbound calls and e-mails from Financial Advisors, Consultants clients in relation to their new or existing accounts. This is a highly pressured environment with strict deadlines and tight timescales.

Previous supervisory experience within a financial services contact centre environment is essential.

You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent organisational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise yourself and others effectively is key to success within this role.

IAQ or IOC, full or part qualification, is extremely desirable for this role.
