Content/Proposal Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Enable the sales teams to increase revenue and product penetration in designated client segments by delivering customized proposal responses that differentiate the bank and convey the product value proposition
- Partner with other internal teams for the execution of Request for Proposal (RFP) strategy
- Review product content and offer recommendations to revise proposal content
- Liaison with client management, sales, product, compliance, legal and risk partners to ensure compliance with all RFP requirements and bank policies.
- Creating product write-ups and responses to standard QA to build the Proposal Database
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business, communications or journalism
- Experience in Proposal Writing
- Understanding of Treasury Management products and the ability to make recommendations on solutions
- Awareness of regional financial markets
- Excellent project management skills
- Strategic thinking and creative ideation in order to reach multiple audiences and communicate using a variety of channels (web, print, reference materials, webinar and presentation content).
- Strong relationship building skills and proven ability in influence management - must be able to lead across functional units.
- Deadline-driven, detail-oriented team player
- Excellent writing, and communications skills, with thorough command of grammar and writing techniques.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; able to handle multiple priorities
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Powerpoint,and Excel
